Journey through Tijuana, Central America and Guatemala and explore the realities behind transnational migration
Via's community development partners will be our hosts in each location and will introduce us to the dynamics that bring thousands of people each month to San Diego's southern border.
They will also introduce us to the beauty, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit of the people who live and work, and travel along the "Ruta Migrante."
Flights between Guatemala, Mexico City and Tijuana, accommodations in local hotels, daily meals prepared with local ingredients, ground transportation, all tours, discussions and workshops.
